- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Paychex payroll services were reliable. Paychex 401k services terrible. Long story short after speaking with Paychex 401K many times and going back and forth with multiple emails regarding unauthorized withdrawals I had to cancel all paychex services.. Even after all Paychex services were cancelled I continued to have payments between $165.00 and $230 withdrawn weekly from my account for absolutely no reason so I ordered a stop payment on my bank account which is a fee of $28, then filed a small claims lawsuit for over $1,000. I ended up getting the same payroll services for nearly half the cost else where. I pretty much overpaid for services and dealt with many hours of headaches created by them.
